Job Description

  • Prepare and Install Molds: Set up molds in production machines, such as injection molding or blow molding equipment, according to specifications.
  • Alignment and Safety: Ensure proper alignment, calibration, and secure placement of molds. Adhere to all safety standards and operating procedures.
  • Routine Maintenance: Perform regular maintenance on molds to prevent breakdowns and ensure optimal performance.
  • Troubleshooting and Repairs: Troubleshoot mold-related issues and perform necessary repairs or adjustments.
  • Documentation: Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and repairs.
  • Inspection and Reporting: Inspect molds for wear and damage, and report findings to the supervisor.
  • Tooling Inventory Management: Manage and maintain tooling inventory, including spare parts and components.
  • Fabrication Support: Assist in the fabrication or modification of molds when required.
