● A diploma or degree in a relevant subject area is preferred, though not essential
● Minimum of 3 years’ working in a school or social-work environment is very much preferred.
● Evidence of significant experience working successfully with young people is an absolute minimum.
● Passion for working with children and a commitment to educating and developing the whole child.
● Ability to work effectively in a team.
● Recent and consistent involvement in extracurricular activities.
● Evidence of recent, relevant professional development in a related area..
