Job Title: Finance Manager (Consultant)
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee and advise on financial planning, budgeting, and cost control
Analyze lodge financial performance and provide strategic recommendations
Monitor cash flow, revenue management, and cost-efficiency measures
Assist in creating financial reports and audits as per hospitality standards
Implement or improve accounting systems, processes, and controls
Ensure compliance with local tax and regulatory frameworks
Support lodge management in aligning financial strategy with operations
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (CPA/ACCA preferred)
Minimum 5 years of financial management experience, at least 3 in hospitality
Strong knowledge of hospitality revenue systems, POS, and PMS software
Proactive, analytical, and able to work independently across multiple properties
Available to work both remotely and on-site as required
