Siemens Healthineers is offering an internship programme to fresh graduates in South Africa.
This is a twelve (12) month training programme to become a Communications Professional.
Responsibilities:
- Create and produce internal communication for the organization.
- Prepare presentations and reports
- Provide administrative support to programs and internal teams
- Support with event activities
- Book and manage congresses
- Organizing facilities and details such as decor, catering, entertainment, transportation, location, invitee list, special guests, equipment, promotional material etc.
- Support CSR activities
- Ensure compliance with company policies, legal, health and safety obligations
- Conduct pre- and post – event evaluations and report on outcomes
- Processing of PRs
- Maintaining cost reporting
- Ad hoc tasks within the team
- Events management
- Internal communication

Requirements:
- Completed or doing final year in :
- Marketing
- Events or Communications.
Skills and Competencies:
- High performer
- Independent thinker with a creative flair
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- High level of attention to detail
- Excellent organizational abilities to handle multiple tasks at once
- Strong personality
- Physical fit to carry boxes when required
- Own transport is also advantageous
- Experience on Microsoft Teams and One Note is advantageous
