Food & Beverage Manager – Kibo Palace Hotel
Kibo Palace Hotels & Resorts are seeking a passionate Food & Beverage Manager to join the executive team in Arusha. Reporting directly to the Executive Director, this hands-on leadership role is focused on driving guest satisfaction, operational excellence, team development, and revenue growth across all food and beverage outlets.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead food and beverage operations with a positive and proactive approach to exceeding guest expectations
- Maximize all food and beverage spaces across the hotel
- Work closely with the F&B team to maintain consistency in service standards and quality
- Monitor inventory levels to ensure sufficient stock and minimize wastage
- Review guest feedback and complaints and ensure prompt, professional resolution
- Manage food and beverage costs, including manning and operating costs
- Provide feedback, coaching, and guidance to team members to create a positive service environment
- Ensure compliance with internal procedures, food safety requirements, and WHS standards
- Drive continuous improvement across business processes and employee experience
- Support revenue, compliance, culture, and employee development initiatives
