Global GR Operations and Systems Specialist – One Acre Fund

Seeking a professional with 2-3 years of experience to strengthen GR processes and team coordination, champion skills building and coordinate donor workflows across a 100-person Government Relations team.

Responsibilities

Operations & Strategy:

  •  Manage leadership meetings, team retreats, and the global performance management calendar. Develop briefings and talking points for leadership, and coordinate the rollout of compliance tools across multiple countries.

Team Development & Effectiveness:

  • Run department-wide learning initiatives (like the skills academy and mentorship program) and partner with global teams on cross-functional projects to boost efficiency.

Systems & Stakeholder Management:

  • Oversee the implementation and effective use of the CRM software and advisory councils across country teams, while auditing stakeholder engagement to recommend improvements.

Donor & Government Coordination:

  • Act as the main administrative and logistical link between Government Relations (GR) and business development for major public donor processes (e.g., GCF, GAC). Track donor activities, gather government approvals, and ensure smooth data flow.

Qualifications

Experience:

  • 2–3 years in an operations, coordination, or team-facing role.

Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field.

Skills:

  • Strong project management and problem-solving abilities.
  • High attention to detail and strong communication skills.
  • Collaboration skills to build alignment across diverse teams.
