⦁ Minjingu Mines and Fertiliser Ltd. (MMFL), a leading name in the mining and fertilizer industry in Tanzania, is looking for talented professionals to join our dynamic Logistics team. We are currently hiring for the following positions.
⦁ The above positions are based out of the MMFL factory in Minjingu. The company will provide accommodation in its township at Minjingu

1. Workshop Foreman (Fleet Maintenance & Upkeep) (1 Nos)
   Key Responsibilities:
   ⦁ Oversee daily workshop operations, ensuring timely maintenance of fleet vehicles.
   ⦁ Lead and supervise a team of technicians.
   ⦁ Ensure safety compliance and continuous improvement in fleet maintenance.
   ⦁ Manage spare parts inventory and procurement.
   ⦁ Monitor fleet repair costs and minimize downtime.
   Qualifications:
   ⦁ Minimum 5 years of truck maintenance experience, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
   ⦁ Strong technical knowledge of truck mechanics, diagnostics, hydraulics, and electrical systems.
   ⦁ Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
