Job Description

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Supervise, schedule, and coordinate daily activities of cleaning staff.

• Conduct regular site inspections to ensure high standards of cleanliness and hygiene.

• Prepare, review, and seek approval for monthly consumables for all branches.

• Monitor inventory of cleaning supplies and ensure timely procurement and usage.

• Review staff attendance registers and coordinate with the accountant for monthly payments.

• Train staff on cleaning techniques, equipment usage, and safety protocols.

• Address client feedback and resolve service-related issues promptly.

• Control cleaning costs and advise management on cost efficiency and effectiveness.

• Ensure full compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.

• Maintain accurate operational records and generate performance reports.

Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications:

QUALIFICATIONS

• Diploma or Degree in Facility Management, Hospitality, Environmental Services, or a related field.

• Must possess a valid business license.

• Professional certification in cleaning operations or occupational safety is an added advantage.

• Must be able to drive both a car and a motorcycle (with valid licenses).

EXPERIENCE

• At least Three (3) years

SKILLS & ABILITIES:

• In-depth knowledge of cleaning methods, tools, and safety standards.

• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.

• Strong leadership and staff coordination skills.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and reporting tools.
