We’re on the lookout for an experienced Direct Sales Representative to be based in Mwanza.

As a Direct Sales Representative, you will be responsible for:

Coverage Target. Ensure target number of outlet are visited per day and per month are achieved.
Productivity :Ensure target number of outlet purchase the product are achieved.
Customers Satisfaction: Build relationships, communicate problems, and make suggestions regarding solutions
Sales Targets: Ensure sales targets are achieved.
Effective Self-Management: Ensure that quality and productivity standards are consistently and accurately maintained.
