Position: Resort Manager

There are very few destinations that are as exotic and exciting as this one.

Zanzibar in Tanzania is a dream come true not only for vacation but also to spend some time working and getting to know the country.

Our client operates a boutique resort along one of the finest beaches of Zanzibar.

We are looking for a Resort Manager, a great allrounder with a solid background across F&B and Front of House.

You should have European education/training with a degree in hospitality and the ability to converse in a number of European languages

This position is ideally for singles with previous work experience on the African continent or on remote island locations.

If you are currently in an EAM or similar position looking for the next step up then we encourage you to apply for this opportunity.

We expect maturity and an outgoing personality, able to communicate at every level and a proven track record to effectively lead, motivate, and develop a fine team of professionals.
