Job Description
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Delivered technical training programs on tools such as Microsoft Excel, data analysis, programming, accounting systems, and industry-specific software
• Developed and updated training manuals, user guides, and reference materials based on evolving industry standards
• Facilitated hands-on sessions and practical demonstrations for participants to apply learned concepts in real-time
• Conducted pre- and post-training assessments to evaluate knowledge retention and skills application
• Trained professionals across different sectors including finance, IT, engineering, healthcare, and manufacturing
• Worked with subject matter experts (SMEs) to ensure training content aligns with current technologies and business needs
• Assisted organizations in identifying employee skill gaps and recommended appropriate technical training solutions
• Monitored training outcomes using performance metrics and feedback mechanisms
Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications:
QUALIFICATIONS
• A Master’s degree or PhD in a relevant field is required
SKILLS & ABILITIES:
• Strong technical expertise in subject area (e.g., Excel, Java, Accounting software)
• Excellent instructional and demonstration skills
• Skilled in curriculum development and digital training tools
• High attention to detail and results-oriented approach
• Evidence ability in training adult learners
• Ability in crafting strong PowerPoint presentations
• Ability to use different learning tools
