DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
i.To support learning and development programs in the Corporation;

ii.To process staff long service recognition awards as per the NHC Collective Agreement;

iii.To participate in the management of the Corporation’s manning levels;

iv.To prepare adverts of all approved vacancies on behalf of the Corporation;

v.To establish and maintain a recruitment file for each role advertised;

vi.To liaise with user department in shortlisting candidates;

vii.To arrange all necessary logistics for employee interviews;

viii.To write offer letters to successful candidates and regret letters to unsuccessful candidates;

ix.To conduct reference checks on all new employees;

x.To oversee that all necessary documents are duly filled and documented for all new employees; and

xi.To perform any other related duties that may be assigned by the Supervisor.

QUALIFICATION AND EXPERIENCE
Holder of Bachelor Degree in either Public Administration, Human Resource Management, Personnel Management or Business Administration majoring in Human Resource Management, Commerce majoring in Human Resources Management and Industrial Relations or an equivalent qualification from a recognized institution.
