Job Title: Credit controller

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor and control credit sales to ensure adherence to approved credit limits and terms.
• Review and authorize credit sales transactions in line with company policies
• Audit credit sales documentation to ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance.
• Follow up on overdue accounts and collaborate with sales and collections teams to minimize bad debts.
• Prepare and present periodic reports on credit sales performance, aging analysis, and audit findings
• Identify gaps in internal controls and recommend improvements.
• Support external audits by providing necessary documentation and clarifications
• Conduct training and awareness sessions for sales teams on credit policies and procedures.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field
• CPA or equivalent professional certification will be an added advantage
• 3 years of experience in credit sales control, auditing, or a related field.
• Strong understanding of credit management principles and auditing standards.
• Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel); experience with ERP systems is preferred
• Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• High level of integrity, attention to detail, and ability to work under pressure.
