Job Description

  • Vehicle Recovery: Locate and recover vehicles from customers who have defaulted on their payments and work in shifts
  • Critical Response: Be on guard to respond immediately with appropriate on any threat alerts and take the necessary action on the ground
  • Investigation: Conduct thorough investigations to determine the location of the vehicle, which may include surveillance, interviews, and review of public
  • Documentation: Maintain detailed records of all repossession activities, including dates, times, and locations of recovered vehicles, as well as any interactions with customers.
  • Compliance: Ensure all repossession activities are performed in accordance with compliance, and local laws and regulations.
  • Customer Interaction: Communicate professionally and respectfully with customers, explaining the repossession process and their rights.
  • Safety: Adhere to all safety protocols to ensure the well-being of team members and the public during repossession activities.
  • Recovering Loan Amount: Perform other assigned tasks and duties necessary and support collecting the Accounts Receivable.
  • Bad Debt recovery: Negotiate repayment plans and settlements with debtors, and implement strategies to effectively recover potential bad debts/ loss amounts
  • Restructuring: Preparing restructuring plans for approval and assisting too executing on them before a client turns more than 90 days past due.
  • Repossessed Asset Liquidity: Coordinating overall and effective coordination of legal resources, repossession agencies and the resale of assets (in a timely manner) and the relevant letters of Demand and Repossession are sent in a timely fashion, the repossession process commences as plaid down in the
  • External Stakeholders Relationship: Manage relationships with external partners, including collection agencies and legal firms
