Job Title: Manager-Bancassurance


Job Purpose
To manage and monitor the Bancassurance business, coordinate between branches, corporate clients, and insurance companies.

Duties and Responsibilities

Plan, organize, direct, and control Bancassurance activities through various departments.
Reconcile insurance premiums with insurance companies and track commissions receivable.
Meet assigned targets for premium collection for both life and general insurance.
Oversee the operations of the bancassurance business and represent the bank in all matters of bancassurance with regulatory authorities.
Support and monitor specified persons at branches in coordination with branch managers.
Coordinate quotations on various products from insurance companies for leads generated by branches and various channels.

Requirements

Bachelor’s Degree in Insurance and Risk Management.
Certificate of Chartered Insurance Institute (CII).
Master’s Degree or Post Graduate Diploma in related fields is an added advantage.
At least 5 years of experience in the insurance industry with a key focus on General, Medical, and Life insurance.
Personal Attributes

Knowledge of general market trends surrounding the banking and e-banking ecosystem.
Strong marketing and sales skills.
Self-motivation, reactiveness, and a positive attitude.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills (oral and written).
