Job Description​

  • Be member of the NBC Business Support Team with responsibility for the delivery of turnaround strategies to a portfolio experiencing financial stress focus being SME portfolio
  • Take responsibility for determining the objectives, strategies and actions that need to be adopted to address business-risk issues, reduce the Bank’s risk, and achieve long lasting turnaround solutions so that the customer can be returned to a Relationship Officer/Manager in the Corporate/Business Banking Department
  • Acts as a point of contact for the local BS team throughout EWL to discuss specific problems, and recommending solutions or strategies in acting capacity in the absence of BS&CR Team Leader
  • Act as a liaison of the department with Legal, RCU, Finance and BS – Africa.
  • Managing expired securities within BS & Recoveries portfolio (title deeds/valuations/land rent/insurance).
  • Undertake any other duties as may assigned by the Team Leader from time to time.
