Job Summary:
Our client from a manufacturing company is seeking a dedicated storekeeper to oversee stock and warehouse operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing inventory, ensuring proper storage, and maintaining accurate stock records. The Storekeeper will play a key role in optimizing warehouse efficiency and ensuring seamless stock control processes.
Responsibilities:
  • Receive, store, and dispatch products marketed by the company.
  • Ensure all received and delivered products conform to company standards.
  • Manage inventory levels by monitoring stock rotation, availability, and procurement.
  • Maintain and update automated inventory databases.
  • Conduct regular stock audits and reconcile discrepancies.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales and stock restocking.
  • Ensure warehouse cleanliness, organization, and compliance with safety regulations.

Optimize inventory control procedures to minimize wastage and stock shortages.
Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (preferred) or a Diploma in a related discipline.
  • 2-5 years of experience in stock and warehouse management.
  • Proficiency in Inventory Management Software such as ERP.
  • Strong understanding of inventory control, stock tracking, and reconciliation procedures.
  • Experience with computerized inventory systems.
  • Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
