Job Title: Procurement Manager

Key Responsibilities :

Strategic Sourcing and Supplier Management
• Develop and execute sourcing strategies that ensure reliable supply, competitive pricing, and alignment with business objectives.
• Evaluate, select, and manage suppliers to achieve optimal quality, cost, and delivery performance.
• Negotiate contracts, terms, and pricing agreements with suppliers.
• Foster strong supplier relationships to mitigate risks and drive value.

Category Management
• Oversee procurement for raw materials, packaging, and other key categories.
• Analyze market trends, supply risks, and commodity price movements.
• Implement cost reduction initiatives and identify opportunities for value engineering.

Operational Excellence
• Ensure compliance with procurement policies, ethical standards, and regulatory requirements.
• Monitor supplier performance using KPIs and implement corrective actions as needed.
• Collaborate with production, quality, R&D, and other departments to align supply with demand.

Budgeting and Reporting
• Develop and manage procurement budgets, forecasts, and reports.
• Track savings and cost-avoidance initiatives.
• Provide regular reporting to senior management on procurement activities and performance
