Job Title: Quantity Surveyor

Job Summary:

• We are looking for a qualified Quantity Surveyor to join our construction team in Dar es Salaam. The ideal candidate should have experience in bidding for tenders and must be proficient in using Nest.
• This role also includes other responsibilities as assigned by the employer.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and submit competitive tender bids
• Analyze project costs and provide cost estimates
• Use Nest software effectively for project planning and estimation
• Work closely with project managers and engineers
• Carry out any additional tasks assigned by the employer

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying
• Proven experience in building and civil works
• Proficient in Nest software
• Strong analytical and numerical skills
• Attention to detail and accuracy in cost estimation
