On behalf of our Tanzania based client, we are looking for a competent and experienced Regulatory Compliance and Risk – Regulatory Compliance Graduate.

POSITION IN THE ORGANISATION:

Title: Regulatory Compliance and Risk – Regulatory Compliance Graduate.

Location: Dar es salaam, Tanzania

WHO WE ARE:

The East African Crude Oil Pipeline (EACOP) project is a Midstream development located across Uganda and Tanzania that includes a nearshore Marine Storage and Export Terminal (MST). Once completed, the EACOP Company will operate the East African Crude Oil Pipeline, a 1,443 km long, thermal insulated crude oil export pipeline that transports oil from Kabaale – Hoima in Uganda to the Chongoleani Peninsula near Tanga Port in Tanzania for crude export to the international market.

AIM:

The EACOP internship and graduate programs focus on cultivating intern talent by providing hands-on experience and industry exposure. These programs support local content by engaging young professionals in various departments, enhancing their technical and professional skills. This initiative contributes to regional socioeconomic growth and ensures sustainable development within the East African energy sector.

SELECTION CRITERIA FOR GRADUATE PROGRAM:

• Graduate Trainee applicants must possess a minimum of an Upper second degree.
• Must provide an academic transcript indicating the graduation date and degree class attained.
• Eagerness to learn: An open mindset towards new environments, tools and methodologies.
• Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
• Teamwork and collaboration: Willingness to work with diverse teams and across departs.
• Good interpersonal skill.
• Adaptability, flexibility and willingness to work in fast paced dynamic environment

QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED

• Law, Engineering, Natural Science, Construction or Environment.

TIME FRAME:

The Graduate Program will run for one year, from July 7th, 2025, to June 30th, 2026.
