Job Title: SALES SPECIALIST
Job Summary
On behalf of our esteemed client, we are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Specialist to join the team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for surveying, analyzing, and developing new customer relationships to drive sales growth. The Sales Specialist will also play a key role in maintaining and strengthening existing customer partnerships, ensuring exceptional service and support.
Responsibilities
- Conduct market surveys and analysis to identify potential customers and opportunities for sales growth.
- Foster and nurture relationships with existing customers, providing exceptional service to enhance customer loyalty and drive sales.
- Follow a designated route plan to visit customers’ daily, ensuring regular and effective communication.
- Collect customer orders and provide assistance in optimizing their sales strategies.
- Proactively address customer achievements, orders, complaints, and suggestions, ensuring high customer satisfaction.
- Monitor and report on product displays in the market, making recommendations for improvements as necessary.
- Stay updated on competitors’ activities and promptly report any relevant issues to the team.
- Prepare and submit weekly reports, highlighting market trends, challenges, and opportunities to sales supervisors and managers.
- Facilitate the signing of customer contracts on behalf of the company, ensuring compliance with established guidelines.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Sales experience in aluminum profile is a must
- Proficiency in English and Swahili, both written and spoken.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain customer relationships.
- Highly organized and self-motivated, capable of managing time and tasks
