Job Description

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Conducted soft skills training sessions on communication, leadership, time management, and teamwork across various industries

• Designed and developed customized training programs tailored to organizational goals and audience needs

• Delivered both in-person and virtual trainings using tools like Zoom, MS Teams, and Google Meet

• Assessed training effectiveness through participant feedback, evaluations, and post-training assessments

• Supported individual coaching sessions for employees to improve personal effectiveness and workplace performance

• Collaborated with management to integrate soft skills training into employee development plans

• Participated in training-of-trainers (ToT) programs and professional development work shops

Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications:

QUALIFICATIONS

• A Master’s degree or PhD in a relevant field is required

SKILLS & ABILITIES:

• Created interactive training materials including slides, handouts, case studies, and role-play ing exercises

• Skilled in engaging and interactive facilitation techniques

• Ability to coach and guide individuals toward behavior change

• Creative and flexible in adapting training to different audiences

• Good time management and multitasking abilities

• Evidence ability in training adult learners

• Ability in crafting strong PowerPoint presentations

• Ability to use different learning tools
