What is a recruiter: Recruiter is an individual person or institution which finds competent and qualified candidates for the job and work vacancy opened to meet the demand of employee and employer throughout by considering employment process. The recruiter manage the  process of talent acquisition

Here is some of Responsibilities of Recruiter

  • Meeting with the hiring manager after the organization opens new job requisition
  • Attracting and sourcing candidates, pre-screening and presenting qualified job candidates to the hiring manager
  • Serving as the employee brand ambassador, while internally and externally soliciting employee referrals
  • Serving as the main point of contact for all parties throughout the collaborative hiring process
  • Conducting reference checks and background checks
  • Managing the job offer process
  • Delivering an exceptional candidate experience
  • Participate in employee on boarding to ensure the new hire is prepared to begin work.

What does a recruitment consultant do?

A recruitment consultant is the intermediary between organizations seeking to recruit professional staff ( clients) and individuals ( candidates) seeking a career move. If is the job of the recruitment consultant to bring the candidate and the client together to ensure the best mutual fit in the shortest possible time. Thereby ensuring that both the career goals of the candidate and the resourcing needs of the clients are met.

The effective development of existing and new client relationships is a critical part of becoming a successful recruitment consultant. You will be required to develop a comprehensive understanding of your clients business, culture and current recruitment needs and to leverage this knowledge to secure new client wins.

Working with candidates

You will be required to develop strong and trusted relationships with high calibre professionals. Not just with those looking for immediate opportunities but also those considering their longer term career path. You will be required to asses their skills and experiences, their career goals and their suitability for different roles. Your will also manage the interview process and negotiate with clients on remuneration levels.
