{"id":36019,"date":"2023-07-14T16:05:04","date_gmt":"2023-07-14T16:05:04","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/ajira.anzimag.com\/?p=36019"},"modified":"2023-07-14T16:05:31","modified_gmt":"2023-07-14T16:05:31","slug":"supply-chain-graduate-programme-2023-cape-town-international-convention-centre-cticc","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/ajira.anzimag.com\/supply-chain-graduate-programme-2023-cape-town-international-convention-centre-cticc\/","title":{"rendered":"Supply Chain Graduate Programme 2023: Cape Town International Convention Centre (CTICC)"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>Supply Chain Graduate Programme 2023: Cape Town International Convention Centre (CTICC)<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Role Purpose:<\/strong> <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The Supply Chain Management (SCM) Graduate will be given a thorough overview of the process for procuring goods and services, including activities associated with planning and contract management using CTICC funding.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The SCM Graduate will also become familiar with the CTICC\u2019s SCM Policy, board rules and all applicable laws, policies and procedures.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Reporting to the:<\/strong> Supply Chain Manager<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Duration:<\/strong> 1-year Fixed Term Contract<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h5 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Responsibilities<\/h5>\n\n\n\n<p>Will include but are not limited to:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Demand Management and Procurement Planning;<br>Acquisition Management;<br>Assist the SCM Administrator with all matters related to the Supplier Database;<br>Contract management and logistics;<br>General administrative work;<br>Completion of other projects as instructed.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h5 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Requirements:<\/h5>\n\n\n\n<h5 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Degree \/ National Diploma (NQF Level 6 or Higher) in:<\/h5>\n\n\n\n<p>Supply Chain Management<br>Logistics<br>Procurement<br>Finance<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h5 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Skills and Competencies:<\/h5>\n\n\n\n<p>Demonstrated ability to function under work and time pressure;<br>Self-discipline, sound interpersonal relations regarding clients and colleagues, punctual;<br>Must be computer literate and proficient with all Microsoft (MS) applications (Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint);<br>Must be able to collate, update and maintain information necessitating the application of interpretative skills and understanding general clerical procedures;<br>Communication and Writing Skill must be exceptional, both written and verbal.
