OreCorp Tanzania Limited (OreCorp or the Company) is a development and exploration company listed on the Australian Securities Exchange (ASX) under the code ORR.
OreCorp is run by a well credentialed team, founded in 2010 by Matthew Yates and Alastair Morrison, who were then joined by Craig Williams in 2012. Mike Klessens and Robert Rigo joined the board in 2013 and 2016 respectively. All of the OreCorp board has extensive African experience, having been involved in exploration, the development of major mines and operations over the last two decades. The OreCorp technical team and its group of consultants also has extensive experience in the development of major mining projects in Africa.
OreCorp’s key projects are the Nyanzaga Gold Project (Nyanzaga or Project) in northwest Tanzania and a package of exploration properties in the Eastern Goldfields of Western Australia (WA), including the Yarri (including the Hobbes Prospect), Yundamindra, Ponton and Kalgoorlie Projects. OreCorp is seeking a Joint Venture partner for the Akjoujt South nickel-copper-cobalt Project in Mauritania.
