  • Leadership/managerial: tell me about a time you led a group to achieve an objective
  • Analytical: tell me about a time when you identified a new approach to a problem

Resilience: describe a time in which you received a negative feedback from an employer, colleague or client. How did you manage this feedback, What was the outcome?
