The programme aims to identify and cultivate Puma Energy’s next generation leaders. Participants who are successful in this programme gain access to mentorship opportunities designed to guide them in developing their leadership capabilities and skills with on-the-job training and coaching.
We are looking for candidates who are motivated to establish themselves in intermediate to mid-level functions in the Africa Region.
Puma Commercial Assessment Programme provides exciting opportunities for professionals in Africa with previous commercial experience who are interested in working in retail, B2B, supply, finance and general management in the energy industry.
