Qualifications:

  • Strong customer service and communication skills.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in using CRM systems and other relevant software.
  • Knowledge of the hospitality and/or aviation industry is an advantage
  • Ability to handle customer inquiries and resolve issues effectively.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Fluency in Swahili and a working proficiency in English
Key Responsibilities:
  • Customer Interaction:
    • Responding to customer inquiries via email, phone, or other channels.
    • Managing reservations, quotations, and payments.
    • Providing information about services, and policies.
    • Assisting with booking changes and cancellations.

Sales Support:

    • Preparing and maintaining sales documentation, such as quotes, proposals, and contracts.
    • Following up with potential clients after quotes to close sales.
    • Assisting with sales strategies and initiatives.
    • Managing and analyzing sales data.
    • Optimizing CRM systems.

Administrative Tasks:

    • Maintaining customer records and databases.
    • Managing sales leads.
    • Ensuring compliance with regulations.

Other:

    • Providing support to internal teams, such as ground staff and customer service.
    • Contributing to the smooth operations of the sales area.
