POST: AGRICULTURAL FIELD OFFICER GRADE II – 11 POST

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

i.To assist researchers in conducting agricultural research;

ii.To collect, monitor and keep field research record;

iii.To assist in training of farmers on appropriate agricultural technologies;

iv.To assist in dissemination of agricultural technologies and innovation to stakeholders;

v.To supervise Field Attendants; and

vi.To perform any other related duties as may be assigned from time to time by the Supervisor

QUALIFICATION AND EXPERIENCE

Holder of Certificate of Secondary Education Examination (CSEE) or Advanced Secondary Education Examination (ACSEE) with Ordinary Diploma in any of the following fields:- Agriculture, Crop Production, Horticulture, Farm Management or any related qualifications from Institution/University recognized by the Government. Candidate with at least one year field experience in any agricultural research activities from Research Institution recognized by the Government will have an added advantage.
