Requirements

The functions of the position are

Production Planning

Based on the demand forecast and sales orders, plan productions and stock needs on a weekly and annual basis.

Plan together with Purchasing the production needs in external tollers, generating the production orders that will allow knowing the material needs

Shopping

Plan the needs of essential raw material obtained from group companies aligned with the company’s PLM.

Production

Ensure compliance with the production schedule

Coordinate shipments and collections of products / materials together with Purchases and Customer Service

Liquidation of productions and monitoring of losses

Reporting and Metrics

Preparation of reports on the evolution of the KPI’s metrics related to Production (OTIF, program compliance, units filled per FTE and week, Back Orders)

Lead weekly Production and Planning meetings.

Requirements

Bachelor / PhD

Five years of similar position experience.

Experience in the industrial sector, in the chemical / pharmaceutical / cosmetic industry and highly valuable in adhesives.

High english level

Experience in the Management of Excel and ERP

Availability to travel up to 10% of the time (national)

Responsibilities

Stable position and direct incorporation by company.

Salary approx. from € 30,000 / year to € 35,000 / year

Hours: From 08:00 to 17:00. However, there is flexible hours and entry can be made from 07:30 to 09:00.
