Position: Growth Specialist
Primarily focuses on growth uplift and increasing market share, the retention specialist is responsible to drive all campaigns in retention, recovery and win-back activities improving Net Reconnections, Dormancy, 90-Day active or equivalent KPIs.
The retention specialist should identity growth challenges upfront and design of campaigns that generate reconnections ensuring these are executed as per standard in coordination with the campaign manager.
