Position: SALES SUPERVISOR
HR WORLD on behalf of our reputable client we’re looking for a Sales Supervisor who will train, motivate and communicate sales targets, delegate tasks, and ensure the team’s performance meets the company’s standards.
RESPONSIBILITIES
•Act as liaison between the management and the team.
•Ensures that all employees comply with company policies, practices & procedures.
•Lead the team to master the sales process, systems, and product knowledge.
•Coaches and works with team members to helping convert sales quotes to order opportunities and ensure positive movement in the sales cycle.
•Recommends changes to sales techniques based on teams feedback on customers requirements.
•Identifies operational issues and suggests possible improvements.
•Track and Provide daily sales reports.
QUALIFICATIONS
•A Diploma with emphasis on sales or marketing or any related field.
•3-4 years experience in customer support, client services, sales, or a related field.
•Experienced with tracking and recording sales reports.
•Ability to inspire, encourage, and consistently motivate the team.
•Able to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently.
•Reliable and organised with demonstrated ability to effectively collaborate with the field sales team.
