Position: Client Services Manager

Job Description – Open for ONLY who have a minimum 2 YEARS working experience with Marketing Agencies, Experiential Agency will be an added advantage. (If you do not fall in this criteria please do not apply)

1. Developing growth strategies and plans.
2. Managing and retaining relationships with existing clients.
3. Work closely with the operations team and achieving client’s vision.
4. Increasing client base, at least 2 new clients per month either project or retainer basis.
5. Having an in-depth knowledge of business products and value proposition.
6. Writing business proposals.
7. Be able to do budgets and negotiating with stakeholders.
8. Contacting/Generating leads of potential clients to establish rapport and arranging for meetings.
