Job Title: Sales executive

Job Purpose:

  • Acquire, Onboard and train school on platform.
  • Develop strategies to ensure utilization and adoption of AM school fees payment by parents
  • Achieve desired targets and KPIs.
FUNCTIONAL OUTPUTS/ACTIVITIES PER KEY PERFORMANCE AREA:

School Acquisitions

  • Enroll schools on the platform. (School that has shared data for setup)
  • Conduct school visits in the field and pitch product to schools.
  • Maintain a school pipeline showing schools visited, converted, enrolled and on boarded.

Onboarding and Customer support

  • Once schools has been enrolled there will be a need to enter their data on the system, this process will need proper management of the cycle to ensure every school has been on boarded and is ready to transact.
  • Upload the data of all enrolled schools in the tracker and follow-up on its completion

System Training of Users

  • Once schools are on boarded and set up there will be a need to train the users in each schools.
  • Ensure that all schools enrolled are trained fully and are actively using the system.
  • Ensure training manuals are left with the school users and ensure constant follow-up until user is fully trained.

Support, Usage and retention.

  • Provide first customer touch point for support on system related issues and escalate to supervisor for any major issues.
  • Ensure schools enrolled use the system until 30% usage of each school enrolled is achieved and school is made active.
  • Ensure schools are retained on the platform and with minimal attrition.

Responsible for School Pay Product Key KPIS

  • Ensure key KPIs are tracked on a weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual basis

QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED

 Qualifications

  • Fresh graduate in Sales and Marketing

  • Experience in Sales/Marketing
