Job Summary:

  • Seeking an experienced Service Advisor to provide expert parts support, enhance customer satisfaction, andstreamlineworkshop operations in the automotive sector. Ideal candidate will combine technical knowledge with strongcustomerservice skills.

Role & Responsibilities:

  • Engage with customers to identify their requirements and provide accurate parts solutions that meettheirneeds effectively.
  • Prepare customized parts quotations and offers, ensuring alignment with customer needs andencouragingover-the-counter or workshop-related sales.
  • Communicate clearly, professionally with customers and internal teams to ensure a smoothandsatisfyingservice experience.
  • Actively contribute to technical and promotional campaigns, taking initiative to improve serviceperformance and customer engagement.
  • Use in-depth product knowledge to highlight the benefits of parts, helping customers makeinformedpurchasing decisions and supporting brand value.
  • Ensure timely availability of parts by planning ahead with the workshop, and arranging deliveriesorpickups to minimize delays in service operations.
  • Follow company policies, maintain organized workspace, and provide parts-related support totechniciansand service advisors.

 


Qualifications:

  • Diploma/Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Auto Mobile Engineering, Business Administrationor a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of proven experience in a Service Advisor, Parts Sales, or Product Support Salesrolewithin the automotive industry.
  • Knowledge of preparing parts quotations and managing parts inventory.
  • Familiarity with automotive diagnostic tools, parts catalog systems, or dealer management softwareis an added advantage.
