Team Building Trainers
Job Description
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Design and facilitate engaging training sessions on communication, emotional intelligence, teamwork, leadership, time management, and workplace ethics
• Customize training content based on client needs and organizational goals
• Conduct both physical and virtual training sessions using platforms like Zoom and MS Teams
• Support individual coaching and mentoring as part of post-training follow-up
• Evaluate training effectiveness through feedback tools and assessment methods
• Collaborate with HR and leadership teams to identify soft skills gaps and propose appropri ate interventions
• Prepare detailed session reports and training documentation
• Facilitate interactive team building workshops to improve collaboration and communication
• Design and lead indoor and outdoor team activities tailored to organizational goals
• Deliver training for staff at various levels — from junior teams to senior leadership
Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications:
QUALIFICATIONS
• A Master’s degree or PhD in a relevant field is required
SKILLS & ABILITIES:
• Effective communicator and motivator
• Assess team dynamics and provide recommendations for strengthening team performance
• Collect and analyze post-event feedback to measure impact and areas for improvement
• Strong understanding of team dynamics and group behavior
• Skilled in planning creative and purposeful team activities
• Ability to manage diverse teams and resolve conflicts
• Evidence ability in training adult learners
• Ability in crafting strong PowerPoint presentations
• Ability to use different learning tools
