Job Description
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Actively promote and market membership, loan products, and savings services to

individuals, groups, and small businesses.

• Conduct door-to-door marketing, attend community events, and identify sales

opportunities in assigned areas.

• Provide accurate information to prospective clients about our services, benefits,

and application procedures.

• Facilitate the onboarding of new members by assisting them in completing

application forms and submitting required documentation.

• Collect and record customer feedback, inquiries, and complaints, and submit

reports to the Marketing Officer or Supervisor.

• Support the organization of promotional campaigns and activation events.

• Meet daily, weekly, and monthly sales and membership targets as set by

management.

• Prepare and submit daily field activity and sales performance reports.

• Build and maintain good relationships with members, prospective clients, and

community leaders.

REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, or any related discipline.

• Previous experience in direct sales, field marketing, customer service, or financial

product promotion is an added advantage.

• Knowledge and experience within a microfinance, or community-based financial

institution is desirable.
