Minimum Requirements:
- PhD in social sciences, economic sciences, or related disciplines.
- At least 7 peer-reviewed publications, some of which are sole- or first-authored.
- Proven track record of raising research funding.
- Deep knowledge of quantitative research methods (qualitative skills are an added advantage).
- Demonstrated experience or interest in one or more of the division’s focus areas, such as:
- Digital democracy and civic tech
- Ethical leadership and public service professionalisation
- Governance and accountability in the public sector
- Strong writing skills for both academic and policy-focused audiences.
- Passion for mentoring, capacity building, and collaborative research.
- Versatility in applying mixed methods to complex policy questions.
- A commitment to social research that drives positive societal change.
